Building a Full-Time Life Coaching Business from Scratch

When the client approached us, he had no online presence—no social media profiles, no website, and no dedicated platform to reach potential clients. He was working a full-time job, hoping to transition into life coaching but lacked the foundational tools for client acquisition, personal branding, and lead generation. Facing these challenges alone, he needed a partner to help them build a brand and establish a powerful, authentic social media presence. Our task was to help him overcome these barriers and build a sustainable coaching business from the ground up.

Within three months, our client started seeing consistent growth in scheduled calls, going from 0 to 5-10 calls monthly. Over time, this steady growth allowed them to average 30 client meetings per month. Alongside this success, we launched a podcast that quickly gained traction, placing him in the top 1% of podcasters worldwide. With over 50 episodes on YouTube and Spotify, the client’s influence continues to expand, reaching new audiences each month. Today, his coaching business consistently generates $10,000 in monthly recurring revenue, a testament to the success of his journey from no online presence to an influential personal brand.
